Sitter in Edinburgh

Bit of a homebody with a love for creatures great and small (though I must admit, cats have me wrapped round their wee paws). I’ve a calm nature, rarely raise my voice, and I’m quite partial to cosy evenings in with a purring pal or a snoozy pup at my feet.

I’ve spent the past few years looking after pets for friends, neighbours and the occasional stranger-turned-friend. Cats who refuse to be touched but follow you everywhere, dogs who demand ball time at 6am- I’ve met them all. I’m tidy, careful, and never forget a feeding or walk schedule. I don’t mind muddy paws or the odd fur tumble part of the charm if you ask me.

I find great comfort in animals as their honesty, their rhythms, the quiet trust they offer. Travelling while helping someone keep their home and companions well cared for? That feels like a good way to spend my time. I’m not much for crowds, but give me a kettle, a book, and a snoring cat and I’m right as rain.
